After an applicant is approved for their first Federal Shutdown Loan and the program has received their signed loan agreement, their confirmation email will include a link to apply for a second loan. Applicants must certify that they remain an excepted employee of the federal government and a Maryland resident, and must sign and submit the application for a second loan.
